WORMS TRAP A CAR

A driver from Rotterdam was more than a little surprised when he discovered that his car had been mistaken for food by spindle ermine larvae and encased in a silken cocoon. The worms, which were munching on a nearby ermine tree, stripping it of its leaves, encase themselves in silk for protection from predators.

The car was still working and made its way to a nearby car wash for a good cleaning.
